Power supply systems
We supply professional power systems which include busbar, cable curtain, cable drum and power hose (e-guide).
Cable curtain
Cable curtain suspended from cable trolleys is one of the older traditional forms of power supply systems used mainly in materials handling equipment.
Due to its reliability, this system is used wherever a power supply is needed for equipment in straight or curved motion.
Our product range includes cable curtains for a variety of different drive profiles, from profiles C1,C1A,C2,C3 to cable curtains for special applications (both acid-resistant and stainless steel) intended for outdoor and corrosive environments.
Busbar
A busbar, otherwise known as a current rail, is a piece of equipment that is used to transmit electrical current to power other equipment. Most busbars are shaped like a flat bar, less commonly a channel or tube.
Cable reel
The cable reel is used for the convenient routing of electrical cables. It can, for example, supply power or control signals to overhead cranes, cranes, machine tools or other moving equipment. The cable cross-section is selected on the basis of the accumulated power required to supply all mechanisms. From 4x6 to 4X95 and larger as required.
Power hose
A power hose (also known as an e-guide or power guide) is the mechanical power component of a UTB. It is used to protect and guide power cables, which perform well in harsh environments.
A power system used successfully in handling equipment. Allows the routing of electrical cables, fibre optics, air, water, lubricant, etc. By means of an adjustable bending radius, it protects the cables and hoses by absorbing the pulling and pushing force.
It is mainly used to supply overhead travelling cranes with travels of up to 1,000 m and to supply travelling trolleys and hoists. It is resistant to very difficult and aggressive environments (hard cement dust, graphite dust, galvanising fume, etc.), has a very long service life and requires no maintenance or service. Mounting at the centre of the travel shortens the hose to a minimum and proper installation guarantees 10 million cable bending cycles.
