Modernization of Orlen Włocławek capacity Q=150 t

Modernisation of a winch with a lifting capacity of Q=150 t, Hp=S0 m at Orlen Service Group.

The scope of work included:

- Carrying out a complete mechanical and electrical overhaul of the winch.
- Removal of the winch from a height of 50 m to the working level using a 500 t crane.
- Removal of the old electrical and mechanical apparatus.
- Supply of new winch travel motors and complete overhaul of the hoisting motor.
- Sandblasting and painting of the entire winch.
- Supply and installation of Fi 30 rope with a total length of 848m in two sections.
- Supply and installation of new control cabinets and resistors including new winch wiring.
- Re-installation of the upgraded winch to the +50m level including acceptance from the OTI.
