Power systems

We supply professional power supply systems which include busbar, cable curtain, cable drum and power hose (e-guide).

Cable duct

Cable curtain suspended on cable trolleys is one of the older traditional forms of power supply systems used mainly in materials handling equipment.

Due to its reliability, this system is used wherever it is necessary to supply power to equipment in straight or curved motion.

In our offer we have cable curtains for different profiles, ranging from profiles C1, C1A, C2, C3 and cable curtains for special applications (both acid-resistant) and stainless steel intended to work in external conditions and corrosive environments.

Busbar

A busbar, also known as a conductor rail, is a piece of equipment that is used to transmit electrical current in order to power other equipment. Most busbars are shaped like a flat bar, less commonly a channel or a tube.

Cable drive

The cable reel is used for conveniently routing electrical cables. For example, it can be used to supply power or control signals to cranes, overhead cranes, machine tools or other mobile equipment.

Power hose

A power hose (also known as an e-guide or power guide) is a mechanical power component for UTB equipment. It is used to protect and guide power cables that perform well in harsh environments.

A power supply system used successfully in handling equipment. Allows the routing of electrical cables, fibre optics, air, water, grease, etc. The adjustable bending radius protects cables and hoses by absorbing the pulling and pushing force.

It is mainly used to supply power to overhead travelling cranes with travels of up to 1000 m and to supply power to trolleys or hoists. It is characterized by resistance to very difficult and aggressive factors such as (hard cement dust, graphite dust or galvanizing fumes forming sludge), very long life and no need for maintenance and service. Mounting in the middle of the travel shortens the hose to a minimum and proper installation guarantees 10 million cable bending cycles.
